By participating in Deep Healing with Greg Barris, please expect extreme movement, loudness, quietness, breathing, sitting, standing, touching, sharing, yelling, gestures, postures, listening, and true, real deep healing for four hours before and one day after the deep healing eat light and clean food and avoid the following: laughter, hidden rage, try to limit the intake of salt. Salt provides electricity, and it's nice to create a calm inner atmosphere physically before entering the deep healing. We find it best when you come empty and fully ready; try to get some quiet time to meditate and reflect. This will greatly enhance your experience as well as the integration after.
